WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF MY REGISTRATION?
Your retreat registration of $1,099 + GST per person includes 2 nights’ accommodation at a luxury resort, a ticket to the welcome dinner and trivia and karaoke dinner, and a spa session.
WHERE WILL THE RETREAT BE HELD?
The retreat will be hosted at Elysium Noosa Resort.
CAN ADMINISTRATION AND LOAN SUPPORT STAFF ATTEND THE RETREAT?
Absolutely! We encourage anyone in your team wanting to participate to attend.
CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
You certainly can! To book any additional nights or have queries regarding your accommodation (including paid upgrade requests), please note this during the registration process and the team at FCM Meetings & Events will come back to you with a quote.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations need to be notified to Finsure Management or FCM Meetings & Events as soon as possible. By registering for the conference, you are acknowledging your commitment to the conference and agree that any penalties or cancellation fees incurred by Finsure will be passed on to you should you have to cancel at a later date. Please note that partial refunds will not be available if you are unable to attend a conference function. Note: all conference fees refunds are at the discretion of Finsure management and our team.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW ANYBODY ELSE GOING?
Then you’re perfect for the event! This is a great opportunity to meet tons of new people who are working in the same industry as you, we’ve included plenty of time for networking in the agenda. You’ll leave with lots of new connections, some of whom may be able to help you in the future. We’re all about helping, educating and supporting each other and you’ll be in great company.
HOW LONG IS REGISTRATION OPEN?
The last date to register is 26th June 2026, however please note our Women in Finsure Retreats sell out fast and we expect a sold-out crowd this year so don’t wait until the last minute. Register now to reserve your place.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We encourage you to dress smart casual for the dinners and casually for every other aspect of the event. Whatever you feel most comfortable in.
CAN I SUBSTITUTE/TRANSFER SOMEONE ELSE FROM MY TEAM TO ATTEND THE RETREAT?
This is at the discretion of Finsure management and depends on the timing of the request. Additional charge may apply.

- Your attendance at the dinners and spa session is compulsory.
- Tickets to the retreat cannot be converted to cash payments or any other awards or benefits to be used by an broker if they do not attend the conference, nor can tickets be transferred for use at another time.
- Any confusion or dispute will be referred to Finsure Management.
